Tagging and separating data
We tag data at the template and organisation level so you can filter and export by programme, site, or sponsor. Examples:
Study or audit label
Each patient diary can carry a study name, sponsor, or audit tag so exports filter to the right cohort.
Separate templates
Research programmes often use dedicated templates so routine clinic patients never mix with trial participants.
Organisation boundaries
Data stays within your organisation. Tags help you report by surgeon, site, or project without sharing across unrelated work.
What we set up for you
Study setup is collaborative. We typically agree:
- Inclusion criteria and which template(s) staff use to invite patients
- Questionnaires and visit schedule aligned to the protocol
- Tags or naming so your exports map to the study database or spreadsheet
- Who can invite patients (named clinicians, secretaries, or multi-site leads)
For complex programmes we also support multi-site organisations and role-based access so each site sees its own patients.
Exports and reporting
Outcome data exports to CSV for analysis in Excel, R, or your study tools. Because cohorts are tagged, you can pull only the patients enrolled in a given study or audit without manual cleanup.
Charts in the app give clinicians a quick view of an individual patient over time; exports support aggregate analysis across a tagged cohort.
