Getting Started

- Enter your email and create a password
- Add your mobile number to receive SMS reminders
Tracking Your Pain
You'll receive reminders via SMS and email at the following times:
- Weekly check-ins
- On the day of your injection (before and shortly after)
- 6 hours after your injection
- Day 1 and Day 2 after the injection
- Weekly follow-ups
These check-ins help monitor your recovery and ensure your care team has accurate information about your progress.
What Happens Next?
Your care team will review your pain diary 4 to 6 weeks after the injection and will follow up with you directly to discuss your progress and next steps.
