About the Overall treatment results satisfaction
This short form captures overall satisfaction with the results of recent treatment on a five-point scale, from very dissatisfied to very satisfied. An optional comments field lets patients elaborate. It is a straightforward patient-reported item often used alongside condition-specific measures; it is not a standalone named instrument with its own licensing.
